Bob’s Business gains Cyber Security Awards nomination

Bob’s Business Ltd are pleased to announce that they have been selected as finalists in the Innovative Product of the Year – Cloud Based for the 2017 Cyber Security Awards.

The Barnsley based cyber security awareness training provider has been nominated for their innovative phishing awareness solution, Think Before You Click, which also won Outstanding Security Training Initiative at the Outstanding Security Performance Awards in March.

Think Before You Click aims to teach staff how to spot phishing emails in their inbox through a fresh approach to learning.

Melanie Oldham, Managing Director of Bob’s Business said: “We are immensely proud to be amongst the fantastic nominees for Innovative Product of the Year – Cloud Based as it proves just how important our work is to others.

“Education and reinforcement is at the heart of Think Before You Click rather than punishment as both the victim’s and attacker’s perspectives are highlighted so users gain a well-rounded basic knowledge on the topic.

“Think Before You Click utilises communication between the IT department and staff to develop trust and an interest in phishing prior to training and assessment as staff become much more engaged in the training.”
