We are excited to announce that Bob’s Business has been accredited by Cyber Essentials and IASME after completing the self-assessment.
These new accreditations demonstrates that we possesses the required barriers in place to successfully stop the majority of cyber attacks that could possibly target the organisation.
Melanie Oldham, managing director of Bob’s Business, said; “Following on from our IISP and ISO/27001 accreditations that we have achieved in the past 18 months, it is fantastic that we have gained another industry standard which allows the business to position itself as a security leader.
“Considering Bob’s Business provides modules based on cyber security, it is important that we can be seen as an organisation that practices what it preaches, which gaining the IASME and Cyber Essentials accreditations gives us.”
Cyber Essentials is a government scheme which focuses on the five most important technical security controls that were identified by the government as those that if in place would stop the majority of cyber attacks over the past few years.
IASME is a governance standard based on international best practice revolving around aspects such as physical security, staff awareness and data back up, all of which are core messages found in Bob’s Business’ learning modules.
